At Veloura, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or washing will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective:

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size issues, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
